This is a legal agreement between you and Voyage Aeronautics® governing your use of this website and your purchase of any products. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically, and your continued access or use of this website will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
Purchasing Products
When you place an order for a product through this website, we will confirm receipt of your order via email. This confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs after we have inspected and shipped the product and issued you an invoice. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is defective.
The advertisement of products on this website constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer. Your order for products constitutes a contractual offer that we may accept or reject at our sole discretion. A contract between you and us is formed only after we accept your order and ship the ordered products. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer and to reject any order.
Out-of-stock products cannot be purchased from this website. If you order a product that is out-of-stock, we will notify you via email and refund you the full amount paid for the product. We cannot accept pre-orders or reservations for out-of-stock products.
The prices for all products are subject to change at any time without notice. The price posted at the time you place your order will determine the price you pay. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax. Any sales tax will be added at the time of checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable state sales tax rates.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide to us and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.
Your payment will be processed upon placing your order. If the payment cannot be completed for any reason, your order will be cancelled. We do not offer any form of financing or payment plans. Full payment is due at the time you place your order.
Shipping and Delivery
We will pack and ship your order as soon as possible after acceptance. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We ship products via UPS or FedEx.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when we transfer the products to the carrier. As title transfers upon shipping, you are responsible for products that are lost or damaged in transit. We are not liable for any delay in shipment caused by events outside our control.
Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling charges will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, the number and weight of products in your order, and the shipping speed you select. Any quoted or estimated delivery timeframe includes transit time plus the time required for order processing and packing. We do not ship to PO boxes or military (APO, FPO, PSC) boxes.
If an order qualifies for free standard shipping, the offer applies only to standard shipping within the contiguous United States. It does not apply to expedited, oversized, or international shipping, which are subject to additional charges. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other coupons or discounts.
We may refuse or cancel any orders for reasons that include inaccurate or incomplete customer information, inability to confirm information provided, and risk of fraud or abuse. If your order is canceled, you will be notified via the email associated with your account. Cancelled orders incur a 20% restocking fee if already processed.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any customized or personalized products.
To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the product and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number is required for return processing, so do not send any products back without contacting us first.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the shipment and use a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. When we receive the returned product, we will conduct an inspection to verify its condition. If the return meets our criteria, we will issue a refund in the original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds are only issued for the value of the product being returned. The refund will not include the original shipping charges. We deduct any applicable restocking fees from the refund amount. Refunds for promotional or discounted products will be adjusted to account for the promotion or discount applied to the original order.
All product refunds are minus a 20% restocking fee, calculated based on the product’s list price. This restocking fee covers the costs we incur from processing, inspecting, and repackaging returns for resale. If a product is defective or fails to meet our quality standards, we will waive the restocking fee and issue a full refund upon return.
We cannot offer refunds for any used, damaged, or customized products. Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 14 days of receipt. Returns initiated after 14 days may be accepted at our sole discretion but will incur a 25% restocking fee if approved.
Product Warranties
Voyage Aeronautics warrants all new drones against manufacturer defects for up to 1 year from the date of purchase when used properly under normal operating conditions and maintained according to our guidelines. This limited warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective drones and components such as flight controllers, motors, and batteries.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper use, modifications, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Operating drones outside of recommended guidelines, altering internal components, or disassembling drones voids the warranty. Cosmetic damage and normal wear from regular use are not covered.
To obtain warranty service, contact our Customer Service team for diagnosis and troubleshooting. We will determine if the issue qualifies for warranty repair or replacement based on your proof of purchase, serial numbers, and our assessment of the damage. You are responsible for the costs of shipping drones to us for warranty inspection.
For valid warranty claims, we will repair or replace the drone or component at our discretion. We may use refurbished parts or drones for replacements covered under warranty. The repaired or replacement drone or parts will be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days from the shipment date, whichever is longer.
This limited warranty provides specific legal rights which may vary by your location. Any applicable implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some areas prohibit limitations on implied warranty durations, so this limitation may not apply to you. Our warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional statutory rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Voyage Aeronautics disclaims any responsibility for the misuse of our drones in violation of privacy, FAA regulations, or other applicable laws. Our products are recreational drones intended for hobby and educational use in compliance with regulations. We do not condone any unauthorized or improper use of our drones and will cooperate fully with authorities investigating such violations.
While we aim for accuracy on our website, we cannot guarantee the availability, specifications, or pricing for all products. Typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to make changes to product information, specifications, and availability at any time without notice.
The drone photography shown on our website is provided for inspirational purposes only. Any resemblance to actual locations or people is coincidental. We make no claims that our products will enable you to capture the same or similar images.

In addition, arbitration proceedings will only consider your claims vs. Voyage Aeronautics — no claims by other parties or class actions.
Any arbitration, mediation, court action, or other adjudicative proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms will take place on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have a dispute heard as a class action, representative action, collective action, mass action, private attorney-general action, or any similar proceeding.
Miscellaneous Provisions
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that portion will be deemed severable and consistent with applicable law. Such severability will not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining Terms.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. The waiver of any provision will only be effective if in writing and signed by us. Any such waiver will not affect the validity of these Terms as a whole.
You may not assign or sublicense any rights or obligations under these Terms without our explicit written consent. We reserve the right to assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without additional consent. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Voyage Aeronautics relating to your use of this website.
